Pizza Ingredients:
Ham
Lechon
Yellow Mustard (not Dijon!)
Swiss Cheese
Top with Pickles
Pizza Dough (Recipe below)
Step 1: Preheat your pizza oven (Roccbox) with Prime 6 Charcoal to 450c.
Step 2: Top your pizza dough with yellow mustard, ham, lechon (pulled pork), and top with shredded Swiss cheese and pull onto a floured peel.
Step 3: Launch into the hot pizza oven (Roccbox) and bake for 90-120 seconds, rotating every 20 seconds. Top with pickles, slice and serve.
Pizza Dough Ingredients:
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 ½ cups bread flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or baker's peel dusted with cornmeal. Spread with the above toppings and let’s get grilling!
